Refund policy

In Buyzonix, we offer a simple and transparent 14-day return policy. We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or has missing parts.
• The product received is different from what was shown in the pictures or description.

How to Return?

If your reason is valid and the return is approved, you will need to send the product back to us in the same condition and packaging as it was delivered. You may visit any courier service to return the parcel.

When sending the product back, please include:

• Your reason for return
• The same contact/order details you used while placing the order

How long does it take to process the return or exchange?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

🚫 Please Note:

• Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• If the requested product is unavailable for exchange, we will issue a coupon code of equal value (minus shipping charges).
• This coupon will be valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
